Job Description

Systems Support Engineer troubleshoots technical issues, provides hardware and software support, maintains system documentation, configures and installs new systems, and collaborates with other teams to ensure smooth system operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

System Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff.
Maintain and update system documentation.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
System Configuration and Installation:
Configure and install new hardware and software systems.
Ensure systems are configured according to company standards and best practices.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work with other IT teams (e.g., network, server, application) to resolve issues.
Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on system usage and best practices.

Other Tasks:
May be involved in designing and implementing new systems.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Salary:
