Job Description
are responsible for determining problems, providing solutions to issues that arise, designing and maintaining
systems and proposing enhancements that will benefit the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing, configuring and presenting an end-to-end solution
- Implementing various solutions regardless of which technology
- Provide post-sales support and solve technical issues
- Collaborating with variety of people, such as clients, third-party vendors, and IT experts
- Develop a cost-efficient solution that will help the customers’ business
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, COE or any related field
Experience: With 5 years professional work experience as Systems Support Engineer
Skills Required:
- Server, storage and network administration
- Hyperconverged Infrastructure
- VMware, Hyper-V, Acropolis
- Windows Server OS and Linux administration
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Any backup solution or software
