Outbound Sales Representative (Work from Home - Philippines)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and prospects to introduce company products/services.
Qualify leads and identifies decision-makers to determine their needs and interests.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build relationships and promote the benefits of the products/services.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers or pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for outreach and customer acquisition.
Overcome objections and handle rejections in a professional manner.
Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
Provide feedback and insights from prospects to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in outbound sales, tele sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized, with strong time management skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and cold calling.
