Job Description

We are looking for an Engagement Supervisor to lead a customer service team, ensuring efficient resolution of customer inquiries and maintaining a strong engagement and sales culture. This role involves handling post-sale technical and non-technical support for both business and end-consumer customers across various service channels.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee high-volume customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Analyze and resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, or walk-in service.
Supervise a team and provide guidance and support to less experienced professionals.
Manage customer interactions in a distribution center or walk-in service environment.
Ensure engagement and sales culture are upheld within the team.

Requirements
Experience in engagement and sales culture.
Strong customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to start ASAP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Salary:
