Job Description

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance business efficiency. This role involves leading automation projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Analyze and optimize business processes for automation.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA bots for smooth operation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Stay updated with emerging AI, OCR, and automation trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in RPA development.
Proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, .NET, or JavaScript.
Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master RPA Developer) is preferred.
