Job Description

RPA Developer (Assistant Manager Level)

Job Summary:
An RPA Developer (Assistant Manager Level) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency. This role requires strong expertise in RPA tools, process analysis, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing automation projects and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement RPA Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Lead RPA Projects: Oversee RPA development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and align automation solutions with company goals.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor RPA workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and support the growth of the RPA team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RPA development and automation projects.
- Previous experience in team leadership or assistant managerial roles is preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java for scripting and automation.
- Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of OCR, AI, and machine learning integrations is a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Salary & Benefits (Philippines):
- Salary Range: ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month (₱720,000 - ₱1,000,000 per year), depending on experience and certifications.
