EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Position: Employee Relations Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig, Philippines
Industry: Retail (Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, and Car Aircon Parts and Supplies)
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

The Employee Relations Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. The role involves managing employee engagement programs, resolving employee grievances, and providing guidance on labor relations issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employee relations and be well-versed in the nuances of Philippine labor law.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications related to employee relations or labor laws are a plus.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in employee relations, handling grievances, managing employee engagement initiatives, and working with labor relations issues.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code, DOLE regulations, etc.).
- Proven experience working in a retail or similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
- Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and managing sensitive employee matters.
Salary:
