Job Description

Location: Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to 25500

Qualifications:
At least high school or senior high school graduate
With at least 6 months of customer service experience preferably in BPO or voice accounts
Good communication skills
Tech-savvy and can handle telco-related concerns
Willing to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with telco service inquiries like billing, account issues, and technical concerns
Provide accurate information about mobile plans, promos, and network services
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide solutions
Keep records of customer interactions
