Job Description

Location: Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to ₱25,500

Qualifications:
At least HS or SHS graduate
With 6 months of customer service experience (BPO/voice experience preferred)
Good communication skills
Tech-savvy and can handle telco-related concerns
Willing to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with telco service inquiries — billing, account issues, and technical concerns
Provide accurate info about mobile plans, promos, and network services
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and offer effective solutions
Keep records of customer interactions
