Job Description
To achieve annual sales target by sourcing, identifying, developing, and closing prospects based on the assigned brand industry and/or area
Job Qualification
College Graduate of any 4-year course
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, (With opportunities to WFH twice except Mondays and Fridays)
SALARY RANGE: PHP23000 – PHP45000
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and building long-term relationships.
* Understand clients' business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Oversee the delivery of services and products to clients, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
* Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
* Proactively address any client concerns or issues, working with internal teams to resolve them swiftly and effectively.
* Using CRM systems, maintain detailed records of client communications, projects, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify and secure new business opportunities from existing clients.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
