Recruitment Assistant

-Facilitates the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding of manpower requested by the departments.
-Conducts constant assessment of the best online and traditional platforms to source applicants that fit the industry standard.
-Handles the filing of the applicants' requirements, job offers, contracts, and other employee records.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-With relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment.
-Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
-Excellent verbal communication, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
