Job Description
•Recommend and ensure common parts and critical stocks, to sustain an acceptable uptime of machines.
•Properly document all assets and record in a database to ensure proper monitoring and control.
•Ensure all assets are well kept and maintained. If necessary, refurbish to its worthy and safe operating condition to achieve its optimum service life.
•Perform troubleshooting for complex technical faults, thereafter report findings and communicate with Supervisor and Coordinator for solutions and feedback when required.
•Execute warranty claims and communicate to Supervisor and Coordinator for possible parts cost reduction.
•Observe the company's safety policy, EHS, and 5S in the course of work.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•This position requires an associate degree or higher in Electrical, electronic or mechanical technology.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 to 4 years hands-on electrical and mechanical engineering/equipment experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Experience with bench and automated test equipment SAP CRM experience
