Job Description:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers, Architects, and SMEs to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive business value and efficiency. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for automation, innovation, and problem-solving, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, define, and implement ServiceNow products or applications.
- Lead impact assessment efforts to estimate and propose solutions for client work requests.
- Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications while ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver value across ServiceNow projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Apply innovative automation techniques to optimize processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of outputs in accordance with project milestones and specifications.
- Utilize a combination of business acumen, analytics, and programming skills to develop and support ServiceNow applications.
- Develop ServiceNow application code, translating user requirements into testable and functional products.
- Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best-practice software engineering and ITIL methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within various ServiceNow platform components.
- Conduct thorough impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, providing recommended solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and deliverable standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
- Expertise in ServiceNow product lines, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM.
- Strong ability to design and implement solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certifications: Any ServiceNow certification and/or ITIL knowledge/certification.
- Technical Background: Experience in system engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with GenAI.
