Social Media Officer

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Proven experience in a social media role or similar position.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in using social media management tools.
-Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
-Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics.

Core skills:
-Graphic Design & Video Editing - Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software to create engaging visuals and videos.
-Copywriting & Editing - Ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills
-Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
-Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Will handle creation, scheduling and management across all content on our social media platforms.
-Track engagement, analyze performance, and develop strategies to boost our brand's online
presence
-Will also include community management, covering on-site events and promotions
-Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with Brand Managers, Sales, and customer service teams to ensure that social media is used to support the overall business goals.
-Staying Ahead of Digital Trends: The digital landscape is ever-changing, must stay ahead of the curve. Whether it's the latest platform features or trending hashtags, they keep their finger on the pulse of the digital world.
