Sr. Manager - Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

3. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

6. Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members.
7. Foster a high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.
9. Maintain transparent and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
10. Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
11. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
12. Optimize resource allocation to maximize project effectiveness.
13. Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
14. Implement industry best practices and project management methodologies.
15. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
3. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
4. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency in project management tools.
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
