Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Taxes and Expense Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to manage tax and expense-related tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tax and expense-related transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Perform financial data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize Excel functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and transactions.
Adapt to a high-paced production environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a Junior College.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to handle complex formulas and data analysis.
Proven data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and minimal errors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
