Job Description

Job Title: USRN - Service Delivery in Healthcare Account

Location: Ortigas (Onsite), Night Shift

Salary: PHP 130,000 to PHP 200,000 (Based on previous pay, 20% to 30% increase)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified US Registered Nurse (USRN) with experience in Service Delivery within healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare services and be ready to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide service delivery support in healthcare accounts, ensuring quality care and efficient service operations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve service quality and meet client expectations.
Address any service-related issues and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:

Must have a valid USRN license.
3 to 4 years of Service Delivery experience in a healthcare account.
Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas and during night shifts.
Must possess both PHRN and USRN licenses.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of PHP 130,000 to PHP 200,000, depending on experience.
Based on your last salary, you will receive a 20% to 30% increase in compensation.
