Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Utilize strategic thinking for effective communication plans for promotions and corporate activities, advertising campaigns, corporarte events, and digital media plans.
2. Conceptualize and execute impactful promotional campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty.
3. Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across all touchpoints, liasing closely with the PR and Social Media.
4.Work closely with the Creative teams to develop compelling, eye-catching, cohesive brand assets that reasonate with the target audience, and review of said assets to ensure they align with strategic goals and brand objectives.
5. Ensure timely delivery and manage schedules for the creation, delivery, and rollout of all promtions, especially promotional materials, both online and in-store.
6. Maintain effective working relationships with creative and media agencies, including providing clear briefs, set expectations and timelines, and constant communication to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.
7. Formulating social media strategies to market an organization's brand.
8. Ensuring that campaigns are in line with a company's marketing plans.
9. Meeting targets by examining competitor activity, improving brand awareness and presenting status and progress reports to upper management.
10. Supervising a company's activities across social media channels.
11. Creating appealing content or delegating content creation tasks.
12. Developing and supervising social media and digital marketing campaigns.
13. Monitoring and reporting social media performance.
14. Setting goals to measure project success.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Advertising/Marketing
2. With 5 years solid experience in brand, communications, and campaign management.
3. Knowledge in digital and print campaigns across platforms.
4. Working knowledge on Social Media and PR, including effective use of media in terms of cost and return.
5. Strong project management skills and attention to details.
6. Strategic and Creative thinker with a 'can do' attitude.
7. With 3 years experience of handling people.
8. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and Apple software.
