Job Description
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
10+ years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning systems
Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, contract negotiation, and accounts receivable management
Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Responsibilities:
Oversee Engineering Department operations
Manage service performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop cost-efficient maintenance solutions
