Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree holder. 4- Marketing Graduate; 1 - Psychology or Human Resources graduate (Non-negotiable)
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. (Non-negotiable)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT (CREATING PROMOS, ADS, SELLING)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PUBLIC SPEAKING (HOSTING EVENTS, AND ETC.)
Must have experience in coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, or university relations. (Non-negotiable)
Must have photography experience. (Non-negotiable)
Must have the creativity in developing content for internal communications, social media, and recruitment ads. (Non-negotiable)
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. (Non-negotiable)
Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sourcing, marketing, and creative work.
Job Description
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization’s talent acquisition initiatives by building candidate pipelines, coordinating sourcing events, and assisting with internal recruitment marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Pipelining Pilot: Facilitate and support candidate pipelining efforts through participation in career fairs and related recruitment events.
University Relations & SPARK Events: Provide sourcing support for university partnerships and SPARK initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Employee Referral Program: Assist in the administration and promotion of the company-wide Employee Referral Program to enhance internal talent referrals.
Marketing & Internal Communications: Serve as a marketing assistant for internal communications, including creating ads, promotional materials, and announcements to support recruitment and employee engagement efforts.
