Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our value-added products and expand our Papak Sarap store network. This role involves overseeing sales operations, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving product growth in the food industry.

Responsibilities:
● Achieve revenue targets and growth of all value-added products and Papak Sarap sales.
● Develop and manage B2B customer database for VAP and Papak Sarap.
● Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and forecasts.
● Collaborate with marketing to create promotions, analyze market trends, and assess customer preferences.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and B2B partners.
● Manage, train, and support a team of sales staff to achieve targets.
● Track sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for leadership.
● Suggest new products based on market trends and requirements.
● Manage all VAP and Papak related events and initiatives.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development or any related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Basic marketing background, with experience in coordinating promotions and campaigns.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
● Proactive with leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and support.
● Analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
● Must have a driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in the food and beverage industry.
● Previous experience in managing retail store sales expansion or B2B food product sales.
● Knowledge of the local food market and customer preferences.
