Job Description
A Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility within a retail environment. They create and manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals and specific performance metrics.
Identify and execute localized marketing campaigns for specific stores or regions.
Develop and manage advertising plans across various channels, including digital and traditional.
Plan and execute promotional events, in-store activities, and special offers.
Manage and maintain budget forecasts, media allocation, and optimization.
Collaboration and Analysis:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, merchandising, operations, and other departments.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Content Creation:
