Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and reports.
Translate complex banking and technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
Review and update existing documentation to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Assist in developing training materials and technical presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in technical writing.
Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, or Markdown.
Ability to understand and document technical processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location: Onsite in Binan, Laguna
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
Contract Duration: 1 year (may be extended)
