Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Azure and a strong background in designing, developing, and delivering complex, distributed applications. As a Principal Developer, you will lead by example—owning end-to-end feature development, setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and contributing to the evolution of our development standards and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive end-to-end development of complex, high-impact features across the full stack.
-Demonstrate deep technical expertise in at least two specialized domains (e.g., integration, platform engineering, AI, application development, or testing).
-Lead and own the drafting of technical designs and architecture documents.
-Contribute significantly to development standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
-Serve as a leading contributor in a Scrum team, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, and fellow Engineers.
-Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Consultants and Analysts.
-Ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability of solutions.
-Lead and review technical estimation for Product Backlog Items and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Advanced Technical Expertise:
-Proven experience with cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure
-Deep understanding of Solution Scalability and Distributed Systems
-Expertise in Distributed Datastores (e.g., Cosmos DB, Cassandra, MongoDB)
-API development and integration using REST and SOAP
-Strong grasp of Domain-Driven Design principles
-Messaging and asynchronous patterns using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or similar
-Familiarity with Microservices architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns
-Hands-on experience with Data Streaming technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs, Kafka)
-Solid command of work estimation, story breakdown, and agile delivery practices
Development Practices:
-End-to-end ownership from design to deployment
-Mastery of CI/CD and DevOps principles
-Clear understanding of both frontend and backend development frameworks
-Application performance tuning, observability, and health monitoring
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
-Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Required)
-Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred)
-Other Azure specializations (e.g., DevOps Engineer, AI Engineer) are a plus
