Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to establish key operational metrics (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, Financials).
Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insightful reports.
Develop templates to support stakeholders in managing metrics effectively.
Set, allocate, and communicate targets and budgets to relevant teams.
Analyze performance gaps, recommend improvements, and forecast financial impact.
Present key insights and findings to stakeholders.
Drive ATCP-wide initiatives, including process and tool rollouts.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Program, Project, or Service Management (PPSM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work independently
Financial management experience (preferred but not required)
Project management certification (preferred but not required)
