Job Description
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred).
Certifications & Licenses
Licensed Professional Teacher (preferred) or should be planning to take LET
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies.
Ability to implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
Excellent classroom management and positive discipline techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a preschool setting.
