Job Description
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 5 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a school setting.
Certifications & Licenses
Licensed Professional Teacher
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teachers, parents, and children.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and school programs.
Familiarity with DepEd requirements
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
