Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory handling for our group of retail companies. Based in Taguig, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding safety and operational standards across our storage and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counting, physical audits, and system reconciliation.
- Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to retail locations.
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols, cleanliness, and proper handling of goods and equipment.
- Lead and train warehouse staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Work closely with Inventory, Logistics, and Store Operations teams to support retail stock needs and promotional rollouts.
- Maintain and update warehouse documentation such as delivery receipts, inventory logs, and damage reports.
- Assist in planning space utilization, stock arrangement, and warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Provide regular reports on stock movement, inventory status, and operational performance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a retail or distribution setting.
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site at the warehouse in Taguig.
- Familiarity with logistics, courier coordination, and retail distribution timelines is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with multi-brand or multi-location retail operations.
- Certification in warehouse or supply chain management (e.g., TESDA NC II, APICS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Can work flexible hours during peak seasons or inventory cut-offs.
