Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
-Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
-Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the database.

Required Skills:
-SHS Graduate w/ 6 months BPO Voice Experience.

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with a global leader in gaming.

Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
Salary:
₱23,000.00 Monthly
