Job Description

Job Overview:
As an integral member of the Transitions team, Transition Managers would be responsible for participating in the transition processes of various processes and functions. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end process for Transitions, ensuring that key elements during the process are addressed and resolved. This role reports to the leadership within the Transitions team.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate should be able to play the role of a facilitator of the transition processes and should be able to manage the required logistics to ensure a smooth and successful process transition.
• Responsible for overall transition project health. Proactively anticipates risk, partnering with internal and Client stakeholders to mitigate, escalating to leadership where required.
• Operate and handle various frameworks, tools and technologies that are used in the transitions process.
• Understand the policies and procedures and use them as guidelines in daily tasks.
• Track all ongoing transitions and expedite requests for scope and determine key stakeholders needed to support sub-processes and requests.
• Support teams in gathering relative facts and data.
• Undertake key activities and tasks utilizing tools needed to successfully execute the transition and expedite process.
• Document information and create polished PPT- advanced; Excel- intermediate.
• Create, maintain, and act as a custodian for all the artifacts that are a part of each process transition.
• Set up and participate in tollgates and checkpoints during the transition process.
• Work on enhancing the transition framework and the playbook.

Qualification & Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the mortgage domain is required, preferably as a front-line leader or above. Must have a solid high-level understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, management, commerce, or related disciplines. Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in handling process transitions is required, preferably in a business process outsourcing setup.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with all levels, from front-line leaders to senior leadership, both internally and with Archwell’s end-clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust to changing priorities.
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, however not required.
• Knows processes in project management.
Salary:
₱100,000.00 Monthly
