Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform independently and develop expertise in project control services, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, sharing insights and suggestions for problem-solving.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
Analyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and risks.
Assist in the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, resolving any challenges that may arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services.
Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in the Japanese language, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
Experience in project tracking and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Program Control Services is required.
This position is based in Manila and may require coordination with remote teams globally.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Japanese (both verbal and written).
Demonstrated experience in project tracking, reporting, and management.
