Job Description
Assist in the S/4 HANA implementation process, specifically in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.
Support data migration and initial data transfer tasks.
Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders and end-users.
Skills & Experience Required:
A.) Technical and Functional Skills:
1. Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP, particularly in FICO configuration and data migration.
2. Demonstrated experience in implementing S/4 HANA projects.
3. Preferably with experience in ABAP/Debugging and Initial Data Transfer for S/4 HANA.
4. Familiarity with handling local requirements for overseas operations using SAP standards is a plus.
B.) Soft Skills:
1. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
2. Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an ability to adapt to diverse working styles.
3. Ability to manage the demands and stress associated with project implementation, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Work Condition:
-Hybrid work setup with flexible working hours, based on the needs of the implementation countries.
-Occasional business trips may be required.
