Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telco Finance Staff to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial processes related to telecommunications services. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, billing analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Review: Check and review the payroll of subcontractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Billing Review: Check and review billings before forwarding them to the Purchasing department for PO preparation.
• Project Site Monitoring: Monitor expenses and ensure proper charging per project site of the client.
• PO Auditing: Audit Purchase Orders (POs) versus actual work rendered on all projects to ensure proper billing.
• Site Engineer Points: Monitor and track Site Engineer points, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Sales Report Preparation: Prepare quarterly sales reports, analyzing financial performance.
• Order Admin Billing: Prepare billing for Order Administration processing, ensuring timely submission.
• Collection Billing Monitoring: Monitor the collection of billings, ensuring all payments are tracked and received.
• Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the finance team or management.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any business related courses
• Experience: Minimum of 2-year experience in a General Accounting role
• Required Skills: Strong business acumen, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts, strong and clear communication skills – oral and written, strong drive for excellence
• Other skills: Time management, organizational skills, strong mathematical skills
