Job Description

As a Global Sourcing Associate Manager, you will collaborate with leadership, suppliers, and client stakeholders to identify and execute continuous value, process, and service improvement projects across a wide range of industries. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects, develop category strategies, and provide expert market intelligence to drive client value and optimize procurement functions.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Technology Sourcing Advisory Leadership, suppliers, and client stakeholders to identify project pipelines, create category plans, and execute ongoing value, process, and service improvement initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including strategy development, supplier negotiations, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contract execution, leveraging an Agile approach to ensure efficient project execution.
- Provide industry-specific research, supplier insights, market intelligence, and financial analysis to clients to inform decision-making.
- Develop market insights through cross-client sourcing activities and collaborate with Technology Practice advisors to generate content for knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships within priority client accounts and support the execution of stakeholder relationship plans.
- Lead Category Strategy development for designated clients, identifying project opportunities that align with client goals and help mature their procurement function.
- Mentor and guide sourcing teams on best practices, focusing on technology market trends, commercial structure assessments, negotiation strategies, and contracting best practices.
- Engage with prospective clients during business development phases, providing contract assessments, client due diligence support, and showcasing the practice’s delivery approach and case studies.
- Oversee the allocation of advisory teams to identified projects, manage value pursuit tracking, and report on governance of specific client programs.

Qualifications:
- College graduate or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Sourcing and Category Management, and 4 years in Procurement.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
