Accounting Supervisor (CPA)

1-2 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant
Experience in an ERP system or accounting software is an advantage
Additional certifications or training in financial analysis, auditing, or taxation is a plus

Accounts Payable & Treasury Functions:

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Monitor and track company disbursements and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to cash management and disbursements

Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, and other government-mandated requirements
Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines

Audit & Compliance:

Conduct periodic financial and operational audits to identify risks and recommend improvements
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
Review and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance
