Job Description

Job Title: Finance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 40,000

Job Summary
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. This role involves supervising a team, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the AP/AR team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
Ensure timely vendor payments and collection of outstanding receivables.
Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collection efficiency, and aging analysis.
Review and approve invoices, payments, credit memos, and refunds.
Forecast cash inflow and prepare weekly budget requirements.
Monitor cash flow, aging reports, and reconcile AP/AR balances.
Prepare Daily Cash Position Reports (DCPR) for corporate entities.
Resolve billing and payment issues with vendors and customers.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulations.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to AP/AR staff.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and implement procedures to improve financial efficiency.
Prepare reports on AP/AR aging, cash flow, and financial metrics.
Assist in audits and internal reviews.
Consolidate and monitor the Annual Budget.
Analyze budget variances and actual spending.
Manage company investments, loans, and debt.
Oversee inventory checks and monitoring.
Facilitate renewal of company credit lines.
Adhere to company policies, ethics, and confidentiality protocols.
Support Environmental Management System initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
