Job Description
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
· Excellent written. and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
· Shows a positive and welcoming personality.
· Must be able to work full-time and on-site in Pasay City.
SKILLS:
· Sales Support: Ability to assist with lead generation and sales processes.
· Marketing Assistance: Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
· Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Support marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional activities.
· Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
· Prepare and update sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and proposals.
· Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
· Assist in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth project execution.
· Assist with customer relationship management to build long-term client partnerships.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
