Job Description

Salary will start at 35k to 50k
Preferred Female and age 50 below
At least 10 yrs experience in the related field
Degree holder in BSED
Responsibilities
A head teacher is responsible for creating a supportive learning environment, managing staff and resources, and ensuring the school's policies are followed.
Responsibilities
Curriculum: Oversee the curriculum and ensure teachers are delivering it effectively
Staff: Manage and motivate staff, and ensure they have access to educational resources
Policies: Develop and maintain school policies and rules
School events: Organize school events
School finances: Manage the school's finances
School safety: Work with the police and other emergency services to ensure the safety of students and staff
Communication: Inform parents about their child's development and school news
Reporting: Report the school's performance and developments to the local community and educational authorities
Program planning: Assist school heads in planning programs and activities
Teacher training: Coordinate with subject area division supervisors in preparing teacher training
