Job Description

As a Human Resource Intern at OnlineCareers.PH, you'll assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. You'll also help with HR-related tasks like organizing training sessions and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, Gmail)
Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the HR field
