Job Description
o Supervise and lead the quality assurance team.
o Responsible for Testing of Raw Materials and Finish good cartons.
o Ensure that the testing laboratory are always clean, and machine is functional.
o Keeping records of testing results, calibration dates and certificates.
o Ensure that all staff in the department are qualified in performing their duties and responsibilities.
o Make sure that all instruction, direction are implemented in accordance with company guidelines.
o Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to address quality issues
o Ensure that all Q.A. reports deliver their respective results are required.
o Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of all quality related report.
o Make sure to provide adequate feedback regarding operational issue involving machine, manpower and material used. Provide analysis with proper recommendation.
o Train staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
o Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
o Observes Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures and workplace safety regulations and emergency preparedness programs.
