Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support while efficiently handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-6 months of experience in a BPO company
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite located in Pasay City
- Salary:
