Job Description

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for each open position.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Job Postings and Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments as part of the selection process.
