Job Description
- To ensure the achievement of the LFC objectives by monitoring Merchandisers performance on ground sales and effective & efficient customer relations.
- To monitor Merchandisers on proper training of LFC products, promotions and demand creation to outlets so as to contribute to the overall sales/profitability of LFC products.
- Responsible for making sure that the elements of effective merchandising are being followed by merchandising agency.
- Support LFC Sales and Marketing in outlets in dealings such as the following:
1. Requesting for increase in facing and display space provided by outlets to LFC.
2. Assist in negotiation from Outlets in behalf of LFC regarding merchandising requirements.
- Monitor cost management of Netcorp - LFC Merchandisers expenses and inform them on questionable expenses that exceed budget set.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and or any business-related course
- 2+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing
SALARY RANGE: Php17,000 to Php22,000
