IT Staff/ AutoCad Operator

About the role:
Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Staff/AutoCad Operator to join our dynamic team in our Tondo Manila City office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing technical support and AutoCAD drafting services to our clients. As an IT professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:
•Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
•Performing routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems and peripherals
•Assisting with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications
•Creating and modifying AutoCAD drawings and designs to meet client specifications
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT and design-related problems
•Documenting technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge retention

What we're looking for:
•Relevant experience in an IT support or AutoCAD drafting role, preferably within the information and communication technology industry
•Proficiency in using AutoCAD software and understanding of drafting principles and techniques
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to clients and team members
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT/networking concepts
