We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and the confidence to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
30 years old and above
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a senior or leadership role
Strong ability to develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
Willing to relocate and travel nationwide to explore and expand business opportunities
Ability to lead, mentor, and train sales teams for maximum productivity
Preferably knows how to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and pursue new market opportunities across different regions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns
Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management
