Job Description

Breakline Talent LLC's client, a leading Property Management Company, is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support their team.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and display a keen attention to detail in addressing tenant needs and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding property-related inquiries and requests.
• Respond to tenant messages promptly, addressing issues such as maintenance requests, supply needs (e.g., extra towels), and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, requests, and resolutions using property management software.
• Assist in onboarding new tenants by providing necessary information and resources.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and organizing property-related documentation.
• Prepare reports on tenant satisfaction and property issues for management review.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a property management or hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and property management platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
