Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals, coaching, and development programs.
Administer compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workplace culture.
Collaborate with department managers to support workforce planning and talent development.
Stay updated on HR best practices and labor law changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Supervisor, Senior HR Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Experience in handling recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
