Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Staff to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Staff, you will play an essential role in assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and promoting our products across various channels. If you are passionate about sports, fitness, marketing, and bringing fresh ideas to life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel (in-store, digital, social media, email) marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email marketing), including product descriptions, posts, and promotional materials. Ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign monitoring.
• Market Research: Help conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the other departments, mall marketing teams, third-party partners, and suppliers to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate and collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce. Open to fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm, good work ethic and passion for marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Campaigns, etc.).
• Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for sports and fitness activities is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
