Job Description

Qualification and Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resource and related, 5+ years of proven experience in local end to end recruitment

· Must have experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates

· Must have experience in an offshore staffing company and/or BPO industry

· HR generalist experience is an advantage

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

· Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong negotiation skills and sound judgement
