Location: Quezon City and Makati Area
Salary Range: Php 18,000 - Php 20,000
Job Description:
• We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to clients in the digital printing machine industry. The successful candidate will engage effectively with clients, understand their concerns, and provide fast, accurate solutions. If you are smart, personable, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
• Engage effectively with clients and ensure a shared understanding of their issues or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate solutions in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
• Support customers with inquiries regarding digital printing machines and related services.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or any equivalent field.
• No prior work experience required; however, candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Smart, personable, and confident in communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
